Small Town, Big Dreams

(Birth, upbringing, and background)

My name is La’Sha Wright. I was born on November 12, 1994, in Little Rock, Arkansas, and spent most of my life in Ashdown, AR before moving back to Little Rock. I’m just a small-town girl with grand dreams, big ambitions, and deep aspirations. I’m the daughter of Stephanie Staten and Charles Jones. I’m the middle child and second oldest on both my mother’s and father’s side. I have four sisters and a stepsister.

Searching for Purpose

(Education and career beginnings)

After graduating high school in 2013, I attended CCCUofA but transferred mid-semester and completed welding school in 2014. Even though I had the skill, I realized that welding wasn’t my true calling. I wasn’t just looking for a job—I was searching for purpose. Something inside me told me I was meant for more than just a trade. I had to find where my passion truly lived.

Lessons in Every Job

(Work experiences and mindset growth)

I moved from job to job, constantly feeling like I didn’t belong in traditional workspaces. But with each role, God placed me exactly where I needed to be to grow. Every experience taught me valuable life lessons and helped me discover inner strengths I didn’t know I had. I live by the belief: “If I can’t grow, I can’t learn—and if I can’t learn, I can’t grow.” That mindset carried me through seasons of uncertainty and shaped the woman I am today.

A Breakup, A Breakthrough

(End of a relationship and birth of a vision)

I was in a long-term relationship with my junior high, high school, and college sweetheart. But after our breakup in 2015, something shifted inside me. In 2017, God placed a new vision in my heart—to write my first book, Infinite Wisdom. That moment was a turning point. Writing became my way to express emotions too deep for everyday conversation. It became therapy, healing, and a voice for everything I carried within.

Healing Through Art

(Art, creativity, and self-discovery)

Art became more than creativity—it became healing. Through it, I discovered peace, self-awareness, and the ability to share that peace with others. In 2018, I published Infinite Wisdom II, followed by The Fight Within in 2019. I began traveling, teaching art classes, hosting shows, speaking on stages, and living my dreams. But then the pandemic hit, and everything slowed down, especially financially. I felt stuck, and for a while, I even lost the passion to write.

Rising Again, Rebuilding Purpose

(Rebranding, persistence, and new beginnings)

Still, I didn’t stop. I kept creating—releasing a sketchbook and exploring new ways to share my work. I partnered with a company in New York, but it didn’t deliver what was promised. Though I had invested in myself, the outcome fell short. That disappointment led me to rebrand and seek new partners aligned with my purpose. In 2020, I found Triple A Publisher. I opened up about my concerns, and together we started building something true to who I am.
